Phase I
2026

Repertoire Preparation & Patron of the Arts Coordinator

  • Dedicated and intense focus playing at the piano, 4 hours a day x 5 days a week
  • Recordings created, 1 or more per month
  • Concerts upon request
  • Obtain sponsorship to fully fund Phase I and begin funding Phase II
  • Find a stellar Patron of the Arts Coordinator, who will take over fundraising

Phase II
2027

A New Studio & Tour Manager

  • The Space (see below)
  • The Rooms (see below)
  • The Furnishings & The Gear (see below)
  • Patron of the Arts Coordinator maintains current annual funding while obtaining sponsorship to fund Phase III. Option to bring on an assistant to help with regular administrative tasks.
  • Find a stellar Manager of The Tour, who will find venues, book concerts and be in contact with concert hosts and vendors

Phase III
2028

Concert Tour & Recordings

  • Perform 1 or more concerts per month
  • Record 1 to 5 recordings per week
  • Patron of the Arts Coordinator maintains current annual funding while obtaining sponsorship to fund Phase IV
  • Manager of The Tour oversees the schedule and venues, and makes each concert happen. Prepares travel for Phase IV. Option to bring on an assistant to help with regular tour tasks.

Phase IV
2029

European Trips, Continuation of Concert Tours & Recordings

  • Annual trips to Europe with off-the-beaten path discoveries on how people in the 19th century lived, built architecture, crafted goods and thus created the music that we love and cherish to this day.
  • Seek living piano masters directly descended by tradition from the great composers
  • Train with piano masters
  • Bring tour manager and seek European venues for concert tours
  • Bring in a touring piano to keep in studio between concerts
  • Patron of the Arts Coordinator maintains current annual funding while obtaining sponsorship to fund Phase V
  • Manager of The Tour continues to oversee the schedule and venues, making each concert a smooth experience and maintains host relations.
  • Prepare to expand operations team

Phase V
2030

Full Swing!

  • In full operation - regular concerts, recordings and trips to perform and explore in Europe
  • A full team of around 10 to 12 people
  • Merchandise division is creatively coming out with new offerings that pair well with the music
  • Patrons are continuously happy and blessed!

  • Quiet location away from motor vehicle noises and airplane patterns
  • Nature area for incorporating forest and bird sounds
  • Characterful architecture with plenty of wood surfaces for acoustic recording
